How this client's numbers are cut and who hears about them. Every field is optional — but a value that is set has to be one the system can actually honour, so the choices below are the ones that exist.

A co-month runs to the client's own cut-off, so the same transactions land in a different month than under first-of-month. It needs a time zone to be meaningful.
